Maybe add the notion that MAX DMG of these weapons are rare - not the actual name or style.
Becuase most of these can be found in the first 2-3 stages of the game, but of course in Really cruddy weak form... |

Here is a question: how does it work with upgrades to weapons, when they are rare? I mean, it looks to me like the Hale Raven Staff shown by Lord Shar above has 4 upgrades on it. But for example for a bow, I only find two upgrades types, namely a string and another (haft?). I know that I get a warning if I try to add my own upgrade to a weapon that already has the same upgrade on it (warning that the original upgrade will be replaced) but what happens if I was to try to replace an upgrade on one of these rare weapons that appear to have 3 or 4 upgrades? Will I replace more than one?

For bows and Warrior weapons, the only innate mod you find on dropped weapons is +XX% damage (while ________). For magical weapons/offhands, you can have 2 innate mods. You can never change an innate mod on a weapon, which is why rares with perfect innate mods (15>50, 20/20, etc.) are so valuable, and why ones with bad innate mods have low prices. The other mods can always be changed, but not the innate ones.

Speaking of rare weapons.what about wands??.I use a fire wand but when I get to the fire islands ill need one that is ice or cold. I dont think fire will work there or will it ??anyway can you tell me what 3 wands are rarest

Oh I had no clue crystallines were rare, I sold off a pretty decent (purple but still) to the merchant earlier today <_<

Here try this list. It is set up in decending rarity considering all items are
max damage golds with decent mods...13% damage or 8/8 cast/rechage and up, otherwise it likely will not sell for much, so what's the point. Also I know for certain there are at least a few threads with discussion on this. Swords 1. crystalline 2. brute sword 3. fellblade Axe 1. scickle (yet to find one as far as I know) 2.
